The Role We’re looking for an experienced and friendly Barista to join our Team. You’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming environment while delivering consistently great coffee and warm service to customers and members. A mix of great coffee service and a chance to be FOH and meeting and greeting.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and drinks with speed and precision Deliver a friendly, attentive, and relaxed guest experience Keep the coffee area clean, organised, and well-stocked Support the wider FOH and bar team when needed Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Uphold our service values and make everyone feel welcome Take pride in your presentation and workspace Learn and grow with regular product and service training Understand and follow company standards and health & safety policies
About You Previous barista experience in a coffee shop or hospitality space (2 Yeats +) Confident working with specialty coffee equipment Passionate about coffee, good service, and great vibes Calm under pressure and good at multitasking Reliable, punctual, and a team player Comfortable learning new things and open to feedback Approachable and professional attitude Food and Hygiene certificate (preferable but not essential).
